Each question sent to the BLASTseq AI assistant uses 1 credit. Chat credits support follow-up questions, review guidance, and interpretation support within the research workflow.

200 credits

Per report unlock

Unlocking an Inclusivity/Exclusivity report costs 200 credits. Unlocking a Variant Analysis report also costs 200 credits. Each report type is unlocked separately.

Top up anytime

Buy more when needed

Additional credits can be purchased when needed. Purchased credits carry forward while the account remains active, subject to the platform terms.

What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credits run out, AI assistant interactions and report unlocks are paused until you top up. Your existing analyses, results, and data remain fully accessible in your dashboard — nothing is lost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credits you purchase separately (top-ups) carry forward while your account remains active, subject to platform terms.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Teams?
Every new account starts with 20 free credits — enough to explore the AI assistant and see how the platform fits your workflow before committing to a subscription. No credit card is required to sign up.
How does billing work for Teams?
Teams plans are priced per signed-up team user per month. Each signed-up team user receives 400 credits monthly. For larger organizations or custom deployment needs, contact our team to discuss options.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. Subscription credits are available until the plan ends; separately purchased credits carry forward.
